The Flexible ER Collet System is designed to handle a wide range of machining tasks without the expense of buying new tool holders. The machinist simply chooses the right collet for the job, sets his tool, and tightens the collet nut to the proper torque.

Special "DNA" Dead Nuts Accurate collets are used for small drills (6mm and smaller) to maintain T.I.R. at those sizes.

The system consists of a precision ER tool holder that comes with a special "Power Coated" high power nut that holds tighter than any other nuts.
